The studio sees one client at a time, by appointment only. Its services center on the scalp and head, with HeadSpa sessions ranging from a 45-minute scratch and hair play visit to a 120-minute combined treatment. Prices run from $65 to $225.

The 90-minute Cloud 9 Escape opens with a scalp analysis and a deep detox with a double cleanse, then moves into scalp, neck and shoulder massage, a mini facial cleanse with facial massage, a hydrating facial mask, red light therapy, and a light blow-dry. The Ultimate Unwind Reset adds a 30-minute add-on of the client's choice: a foot spa, back scratches with hair play, or deeper neck and shoulder massage. The shorter Scalp Detox Reset is a 60-minute option with the detox, massage and a customized conditioning treatment, and it leaves hair slightly damp afterward.

Massage-based options include Back & Foot Reset, a 60-minute session with a foot wash and exfoliating scrub, foot and back massage, hot stone therapy on the feet and back, and a warm lavender eye mask; hair is not washed in this service. The Maternal Serenity Ritual is a 75-minute prenatal service with scalp, neck, shoulder and arm massage, a belly cleanse with a botanical belly mask, and a 30-minute foot spa. It uses pregnancy-safe products and comfortable positioning, and clients need clearance from an obstetrician before booking.

Each booking requires a deposit, which ranges from $25 to $99 depending on the service, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; one reschedule is allowed, and the deposit can move to the new appointment. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Arriving 15 minutes late adds a $15 late fee, and arriving 30 minutes or more late counts as a no-show and cancels the appointment. Missing an appointment without proper notice results in a charge of the full booked service price, including the deposit already paid. Gift cards are offered, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The studio describes its work as holistic scalp and wellness care, delivered in private, individual sessions.
