Meghan M. McGrath owns the practice, which lists its dates as 2010 to the present. Each session is built around the client's needs that day and can combine several modalities. Depending on the client, a session may feel like deep tissue work or like very light energy work.

CranioSacral Therapy is the practice's core offering. It uses light touch, starting at about the weight of a nickel, with the client fully clothed on a padded table. The site lists migraines, chronic neck and back pain, fibromyalgia, TMJ syndrome and ADD/ADHD among conditions it says the work can help with. CranioSacral 4 Kids is for children from birth through age 14, including newborns, and the site lists chronic ear infections, colic and reflux as conditions it says it can help with in children.

Emotion Code is offered for adults, children and animals, in person or remotely by phone, Zoom or email. It uses muscle testing, also called Applied Kinesiology, to identify an emotion to release. It is not talk therapy and does not require recalling the situation. Virtual sessions are scheduled for set times and may combine Healing from the Core, Emotion Code, shamanic training, and Therapeutic Imagery and Dialogue. Zero Balancing uses gentle finger pressure and held stretches to balance the flow of energy through the body, and the site lists reduced stress, better flexibility and posture, eased aches, and a quieter mind as possible benefits.

FLOWpresso is a non-invasive therapy delivered through a bodysuit with air chambers that inflate and deflate. Sessions are booked for 55 minutes, with about 40 minutes of active time. Sessions can be booked up to twice a week with at least three days between them, and once a week is more typical. Sports recovery sessions are available to active athletes after three lymphatic-focused sessions. The site lists DVT, congestive heart failure, lymphedema and known blood clots as conditions that are not appropriate for FLOWpresso, so clients should contact Meghan before booking. Clients are advised to hydrate well, wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt and socks, and use the restroom beforehand. The business's own materials describe benefits such as better sleep and reduced stress and anxiety; these are its claims.

Prices for adult CranioSacral and bodywork are $175 for 50 minutes or $260 for 80 minutes, with 3-packs at $470 and $705. CranioSacral 4 Kids is $75 for 25 minutes or $150 for 50 minutes, and 25-minute sessions are available by request only. Emotion Code adult sessions are $175, sessions for ages birth to 14 are $150, and pet sessions are $175 per animal. FLOWpresso is $125 per session, with 3-packs at $345, 6-packs at $660 and a 12-pack at $1,200. Outcall fees start at $25 and are prorated by the half hour for longer travel.

Bookings are made by calling 916-698-3091 or by emailing. Payment is due at each session and can be made by cash, check, credit, debit, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or FSA/HSA cards. Cancellations or reschedules made with 48 hours' notice avoid a full session charge, unless the time is filled, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full session price. Gift certificates and packages are sold online or in person. Tipping is welcome but not expected.
