The Adams Morgan studio is at 1990 18th St NW, the Georgetown studio at 1054 Thomas Jefferson St NW, and the Navy Yard studio at 831 2nd St SE. Each studio has its own phone line and email address, and changes or cancellations are handled with the studio where the booking is. Gift cards and series packages can be used at any of the three studios, and series packages can be bought with up to 10% off.
The massage menu is the largest part of the offering. It includes Swedish, deep tissue, the house Unwind Signature massage, sports massage, Thai massage with stretching and compression work, four-hands massage with two therapists, lymphatic drainage, prenatal and postnatal care, couples massage, and short 30-minute foot, reflexology, and head and scalp sessions. Enhancements include arnica, aromatherapy, CBD, hot stone, and a treatment called Sweet and Bubbly. The studios also host group retreats and events that combine massage, facials, and other wellness services.
The beauty menu includes the Express Radiance, Unwind Signature, and Renewal facials, along with options aimed at acne, brightening, and collagen support. Microdermabrasion uses a diamond-tipped instrument to exfoliate the skin. Endermolift uses an LPG machine, and Endermologie Lipomassage requires a body suit, a one-time $45 purchase made at the first treatment. A 15-minute consultation with an esthetician is available for $50 as a standalone session.
The wellness menu includes detox, hydrating, and scrub treatments, and three acupuncture options. The initial intake is 90 minutes and includes a medical history review, a customized treatment plan, and a first treatment. Follow-up visits and a cosmetic facial acupuncture session are also offered, and cupping and gua sha can be added. Each visit carries a 4% employee wellness fee on services. Prenatal massage is recommended only after 15 weeks of pregnancy, and heated body wraps and other heat-based treatments are not recommended for pregnant clients.
