Each appointment is customized to the client's skin concerns and goals. New clients begin with a 30-minute consultation that requires a $100 deposit, applied toward products or services. Clients can request a silent service with no conversation at no added charge, and each client leaves with a homemade cookie.
The facial menu runs from a 40-minute Express hydrafacial ($165) to a 120-minute Luxe hydrafacial ($300), with an Unwind hydrafacial in between. Other signature treatments include the Unwind Rewind facial, which uses CellStory liquid microneedling (75 minutes, $250), a three-step Keravive scalp facial with a take-home peptide spray ($300), a Biorepeel 30% TCA peel ($165) and a light chemical peel ($100). Body hydrafacials start at $200, and the back and booty are among the popular areas.
Memberships, referrals and retail are also part of the studio. Memberships run on a three-month commitment that renews every three months unless cancelled, and a 20% gratuity is added to membership services at checkout. Current clients can refer friends and family for 15% off, which applies to both the client and the referral. The studio sells skincare from Sorella Apothecary, Hydrinity, Colorscience and Hydrafacial, and describes its product selection as the best and its brands as award-winning.
