The salon describes itself as combining spa relaxation with medical-minded attention to health and safety. Each visit begins with a hot towel treatment and a pre-service skin and nail evaluation, followed by cuticle care, nail maintenance and moisturizing. Clients are asked to disclose any condition that may affect a service during the consultation, and technicians refer complications to a physician rather than diagnosing or treating skin or nails. Technicians complete an internal training program covering bacteriology, disease prevention, recognition of disorders and client care, and they work unsupervised only after they have finished it and shown proficiency.

Sanitation, disinfection and sterilization are treated as three separate levels. Metal tools are disinfected, sealed in envelopes and steam sterilized in an autoclave after each service, and they stay sealed until they are used. Clients can check the indicator window before the service starts. Files, buffers and toe separators are single use, body products such as scrubs and butters come in sealed single-portion containers, and technicians wear single-use gloves and face masks. Pedicure basins are copper with no plumbing or circulation and are sterilized after every service. The salon does not use whirlpool chairs for pedicures, and staff do not work when they are ill.

Services are waterless and use a hot towel wrap in place of a soak, though traditional wet services are also available. Cuticles are softened and only non-living excess is removed, nails are clipped straight across, and minor ingrown toenails are filed rather than cut, with severe cases referred to a podiatrist. Varnish is not included unless it is specified. Gel polish and enhancements need maintenance about every 14 days, and pedicures are recommended every four weeks.

Visit policies are set out in advance. Service times are not extended for late arrivals, and clients more than 15 minutes late have their service rescheduled with a cancellation fee. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice receive a full deposit refund or a credit toward the next appointment, while late cancellations and no-shows do not. Children are not permitted in the salon, and clients are asked to silence their phones on arrival. The salon may decline a service at its discretion, and a deposit is fully refunded if a client is found ineligible.

The salon pairs a relaxing spa experience with a strong focus on hygiene, using a multi-level sanitation process and waterless services.
