Booking works through membership. New clients start with a complimentary phone consultation before any appointment is set. To join, a new client completes the new client booking form, watches for a confirmation email, and books a first appointment during that consultation. Visits are by appointment only with no walk-ins, and the studio is open every day from 8 AM to 6 PM. Same-day openings are sometimes available; questions about availability can go to 919.588.2727 by call or text. Group bookings, including booking alongside a friend or family member, are arranged by phone.

Each visit starts with a conversation about the client's style and goals, which leads to a plan for the appointment. Custom nail designs are created with the client's input. The setting is private and relaxed, and clients can pick a movie or music for their session. Members may use Netflix during their session. Complimentary water is offered, and members receive a glass of wine for clients 21 and older along with bottled water.

Press-on nails are handmade with salon-quality products and can be fitted in person or ordered for shipping. Sizing happens at a fitting appointment that typically takes five to ten minutes, and orders are fulfilled within 72 hours. Non-local clients can have a sizing kit shipped for $10. Each set comes with a care kit of glue, buffer, file, sticky tabs and a cuticle pusher. The studio says the nails can be reused for two to three applications, with an average total wear time of about 21 days.

Guest policies ask clients to arrive no earlier than five minutes before their appointment. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may mean the service cannot be completed as scheduled, and a deposit is forfeited if a client is 30 minutes or more late. Only the client receiving service may enter unless approved 24 hours in advance, and children and pets are not allowed without that approval. Filming or photography must be approved ahead of time. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in or around the building, and the studio is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
