Brow work is aimed at enhancing a client's existing features rather than following trends, according to the studio. Options include brow waxing, tweezing, a hybrid tint that combines tint with wax, and brow lamination, which is rebooked every seven to eight weeks and comes with a nightly at-home aftercare routine. For lashes, the studio offers a lash lift with tint, which comes with take-home postcare oil and needs no extensions or mascara, and a combined package that pairs it with brow lamination.
The skin menu ranges from a shorter dermaplane refresh to a longer visit that adds brow mapping and waxing, a mask, a cooling globe massage and LED light therapy. Waxing for sensitive skin uses a specific wax with a barrier powder to help prevent skin lifting. A Still Moment Ritual add-on is available with several of the skin treatments.
New clients, and clients who have not booked in three or more months, pay a one-time rate that covers the extra consultation time. Late arrivals may have their service shortened or rescheduled, with a 20% fee. Changes inside 48 hours cannot be made online and must be sent by text, and cancellation fees depend on notice. Outstanding balances must be cleared before a new booking. Children are not permitted, and additional guests wait in the seating area outside the studio.
