The eyelash menu covers classic, hybrid and volume 3D sets, with LED versions of each. A refill within three weeks of a full set needs 60 to 70 percent of the lashes still in place, otherwise it is charged as a full set. Removal of extensions applied at another salon is followed by a full set, since the salon does not refill work done elsewhere. A basic lash perm and a signature lash perm are also offered.
The nail menu includes gel manicures, dry gel pedicures, a gel spa pedicure with hot stone and massage, Gel X extensions with color, gel and Gel X removal, and repair for broken, cracked, chipped or lifted nails. The salon says its builder gel overlay, included with every gel manicure, helps nails stay healthier, stronger and longer-lasting.
Booking rules are set out clearly. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late have their appointment cancelled automatically. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged the full service fee to the card on file, and no future appointments are booked after a no-show.
