Universal Threadings operates two salon and spa locations. The Southlake studio is at 2707 E Southlake Blvd, Suite 130, and the Watauga studio is at 8420 Denton Hwy, Suite 106. Both can be reached by phone.

The Southlake location is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM and is closed on Sundays. The Watauga location is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and on Sundays from 11 AM to 6 PM.

Threading is one of the main services, covering the chin, lip, neck, forehead, jawline, cheeks, full face, full face with neck, and unibrow. Eyebrow work includes threading, tinting, and lamination. Individual eyelash extensions are offered with refills every two, three, or four weeks, along with individual flare lashes, eyelash tinting, and eyelash lifting.

On the facial side, the menu includes Dermalogica facials, Gold, Diamond, and Enzyme facials, and a hydro facial. Dermaplaning can be added to a facial. Microdermabrasion is offered with or without oxygen infusion, and there are chemical peels, a Dermalogica Pro Power Peel, and nano needling. Separate facial treatments are listed for acne, hyperpigmentation, sensitive skin, and skin aging.

Touch therapy includes reflex point work on the feet, an arm and hand stress relief session, and a hot oil scalp massage.

The Southlake location also offers the Elaine Brennan Skin Renewal Peeling System and Glassy Glow, which are not available at Watauga. Lip blushing and microblading are also listed among the additional services.

The Watauga location offers an annual membership that gives 20% off all services on every visit.
