Natural hair services center on silk presses, offered in several tiers: a basic version for established clients, a deluxe version that first-time silk press clients must book, and a package that adds a signature custom cut. A chemical-free, heat-activated smoothing treatment is also offered. Color on natural hair is available as a two-step double process or a three-step triple process. New clients and anyone not seen in six months must book a color consultation before a triple process.

Sew-in and ponytail work is a large part of the menu, ranging from quickweaves and partial sew-ins that add braids throughout the head to closure installs, classic sew-ins, U-part wig installs and sleek or princess ponytails. Several services require clients to come detangled, and a detangling fee applies to those. Classic sew-ins need raw hair bundles or top-grade human hair, and Amazon hair is not accepted. Tape-in services begin with a consultation to review hair history, goals and lifestyle.
