Clients can book a 15-minute test strand appointment for $20 to see how a color will look before committing to a longer service. Questions can also be sent through the contact page before booking. Booking deposits are required and range from $10 to $80 depending on the service, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday morning from 9 AM to 11:30 AM, Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Sundays. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment are charged a 30% fee, no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and appointments, cancellations, and no-shows are not refunded.

Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount and can be scheduled for delivery. Gift card sales are final.

Uniquely U Hair starts with a low-commitment test strand and a customized toner application where needed, so color choices are made with the client before the full service.
