Unique Suite Salon

Unique Suite Salon rents private suites to beauty professionals who work independently rather than employing them. Renters run their own business from their suite, and the business states that they keep 100% of their profits and that there are no hidden fees.

Suites come in five categories: Standard, Classic, Premium, Deluxe and Elite. The Standard suite is described as a functional space for a professional's personal setup, while the Premium suite offers more room and style to personalize, and the Elite suite is described as spacious, exclusive and sophisticated. The Standard suite is listed at $1,200.00 on its suite page and gives its size as 80 square feet. Suite pricing and availability are provided on request through an inquiry form.

Renters get 24/7 access to their suites, flexible monthly contracts, free training and support from the business's team. The business also lists maternity leave among its benefits for suite renters and describes a community of freelance professionals who rent suites here.

The business is set up as a rental model in which independent professionals run their own work and keep their earnings.

A community of freelance beauty professionals works from private suites in one building.
