All women's and men's services can be booked online. Clients who are unsure which service to select are asked to call the salon. The studio is closed on Sundays, opens at 9:00 am Monday, Friday and Saturday, runs until 3:00 pm on Mondays, 4:00 pm on Tuesdays and 5:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and stays open until 8:00 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, when it opens at 11:00 am.

Cancellation terms are set out in advance. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment start time. Cancelling within 12 hours means half the service is charged, except in emergencies. A no-call, no-show is charged the full service total, which must be paid before a new appointment is booked. No refunds are given.
