Walk-ins are welcome at every salon during opening hours, and appointments can be booked online or by phone. Before a brow service begins, the technician asks about your preferred shape, which can be natural, defined or slim, and checks the result again before you leave. Threading uses 100% cotton thread, removes individual hairs and catches fine ones, and the business says it does not peel a layer of skin.
Brow lamination brushes your own brow hairs upward for a fuller, groomed look. Brow and lash tinting are also offered, and clients report brow tinting lasting about two weeks, though results vary. Lash lifts curl and lift your natural lashes without extensions, while extensions come in natural, classic, hybrid or volume styles. Before lash services you confirm you have no known product allergy or eye irritation, and you disclose any eye condition, contact lens use or recent eye procedure.
The facial menu is organized by named types, including Herbal, Fruit, Gold, Pearl and Diamond. Each facial includes steam, exfoliation, extraction, creams and lotions, a face mask, a face and neck massage and a face pack. Henna tattoos fade naturally over 7 to 14 days, and the salons also offer bridal mehndi. Before a hot oil scalp massage or head spa, clients disclose scalp conditions, cuts or sores, recent hair treatments and allergies to oils or nuts.
Gift cards for all three salons can be bought online or at the front desk, in fixed amounts of $5, $10, $20 and $50 or a custom amount. They can be sent to the buyer, by text or email, with a chosen delivery date, and they can be reloaded and checked online. Glastonbury is open Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday 11 am to 4 pm.
Brows are shaped to the client's preference, and the shape is confirmed before service and checked again before leaving. Threading is used to remove hairs and catch fine ones without peeling the skin.
