The salon's stated goal is to help each guest leave feeling calm, confident and cared for. Its beauty artists listen to each client's preferences and tailor services to them, and are trained to assess individual needs and recommend products or services accordingly.

Brow work is a core part of the menu. Brows can be shaped with thread, wax or both, and there are options for tinting, tweezing, mid-brow hair removal and brow lamination. The salon recommends getting brows shaped about every two weeks, depending on how quickly hair grows back.

The salon does not follow a strict lash-counting method; the number of lashes is set to suit the look a client wants. Full-set extensions are described as vegan friendly, and refills are offered for lashes previously applied by the salon, provided at least half of a prior full set remains.
