The menu groups braiding styles into feed-ins, knotless and box braids, lemonade braids, Senegalese twists, boho braids and a boho wig-like style, along with a few specialty options such as Miracle Knots and a pick and drop service. Locs are offered in distressed and soft versions.

Booking is done online. A $50 deposit paid by Visa debit or credit card goes toward the service fee and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is paid through the studio's Acuity or Square scheduling page. Appointments running more than 15 minutes late are canceled and the deposit is lost, so clients should plan to arrive on time.

Hair needs to arrive washed, detangled and stretched, blown out from root to end rather than flat ironed. Hair that is not clean will be refused without a refund of the deposit. Hair must be at least 4 inches long all around the head for every style, and blunt cuts are not accepted. Clients with hair loss or very damaged edges are asked to email before booking.

Clients can rebook or reschedule through the link in their confirmation email. Cancellations have to be made through the Acuity link at least 72 hours ahead for the deposit to carry over to a future appointment; cancelling later requires a new deposit to book again. The hairstyle booked cannot be changed on the day of the appointment. Email inquiries receive a reply within 48 hours at most.

Extra fees apply to some appointments: $50 for emergency or squeeze-in appointments and $60 for Sunday appointments. The studio advises against booking on the day of an event, since appointments may take longer than expected.

For color, natural shades are always available according to the studio. Other colors may vary, so clients can email a photo of the color they want before the appointment.
