The menu is split into adult and kids' services. Adult braiding covers feed-in styles, knotless and box braids, lemonade, Senegalese and Marley twists, passion twists, faux and butterfly locs, crochet, and several weave options including ponytail weaves, closures and weave with a leave-out. The kids' menu follows a similar range, with cornrows, individual braids, box and knotless braids, Senegalese and Marley twists, faux locs, and kids' styling and treatments.

Listed prices are starting prices and change with the size and length of the style. For example, two feeding braids cost $60, adult box and knotless braids start at $250, and a natural hair service is $120. Kids' basic cornrows with or without beads start at $70.

Booking terms: a non-refundable deposit secures the appointment and is counted toward the total, and the balance can be paid in cash, by CashApp or by Zelle at the salon. The deposit is refunded only if the salon cancels or makes an error. Cancellations and reschedules must be made by text at least 48 hours ahead, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Hair should be at least 4 inches long, washed, blown dry and straight before service, and clients should arrive with clean hair and scalp. Styles cannot be changed on the day of the appointment, extra guests are not allowed, and the salon does not supply extensions. Concerns about a style should be raised within 24 hours of installation.
