Every visit begins with a free in-person consultation of about 20 minutes. Each service then moves to mapping or shape design before any pigment is placed. Appointments are numbed with a topical numbing product, a standard appointment runs about 2 to 3 hours, and a perfecting session runs about 1 to 1.5 hours. Clients are asked to come alone, and the studio uses video and audio recording for client safety.
New client services include ombré brows at $400 (about 2 hours 20 minutes), lip blush at $500 (about 2 hours 40 minutes), lip neutralization at $450 (about 2 hours 30 minutes), and color correction and cover-ups at $500 (about 2 hours 30 minutes). Color correction work must be reviewed and approved by the artist before it is scheduled, so clients send a photo before booking. Lip neutralization second sessions, for clients who already had a first session here, cost $300 and take about 2 hours.
Follow-up appointments run on a fixed schedule. A perfecting visit is offered at 4 to 7 weeks and costs $150 for brows or lips. A color refresh at 12 to 18 months is $200 for brows or lips, and a later refresh at 18 to 24 months is $300 for ombré brows or lip blush. Booking takes a $50 deposit, which is credited toward the service total. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments mean the deposit is lost. Clients who turn up more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or moved to another time.
Clients are asked to avoid alcohol and caffeine for 48 to 72 hours before a procedure, retinol and strong exfoliants in the treatment area for 2 to 4 weeks, and sun exposure or tanning for 2 weeks beforehand. The studio's hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
Each service begins with a detailed in-person consultation and mapping or shape design, with the aim of results that suit each client's features.
