Manicures build in steps. The classic includes nail shaping, cuticle trimming, buffing, a lotion massage and regular polish, and the deluxe adds a sugar scrub and paraffin wax. Pedicures follow the same pattern: the classic includes callus removal, a lotion massage and a warm towel, while the deluxe and premium levels add scrubs, lemon slices, cooling gel and paraffin, and the premium also includes a butter lotion. Premium pedicure scents rotate with seasonal availability among olive, cucumber, green tea, jasmine and lavender. The PEDI BOMB pedicure, at $65, is a multi-product treatment that includes a bamboo charcoal product, a collagen mask and a sea salt scrub.

Cleaning follows a set routine. Tools and electrical instruments are cleaned and go through an approved sanitizing and disinfecting process before reuse, buffers and files are used once and then thrown away, and every pedicure is done with liner protection.

Payment is due at the time of service, in cash or by card. Listed prices are cash prices, and paying by card adds a charge. Longer lengths and special shapes such as almond, stiletto and coffin cost extra. All nail services are final once completed, with no refunds or exchanges, so clients are asked to speak up during the appointment if something does not look right so it can be fixed right away. Clients sensitive to nail products, or with conditions that affect healing, should tell staff before service begins. Arriving early enough to finish before the 7 pm closing time is advised.
