Every visit starts with a personalized consultation to understand goals and concerns, and each treatment plan is built around the patient's goals, lifestyle and features. Appointment lengths are listed for several services: Tox takes 45 minutes and leaves time to tailor the treatment to the patient's goals, while dermal filler, Sculptra, Radiesse and microneedling each take one hour. The All New Patient Talk and Treat visit is a 90-minute consultation with time to treat during the same visit. A Tox Tweak is a complimentary 30-minute follow-up about two weeks after a Tox appointment, used to review results and adjust treated areas only. Injectable follow-up visits run 30 minutes to review results and healing after filler, Sculptra, Radiesse or similar treatments, and do not include same-day treatment.

Wellness care begins with a consultation, advanced lab testing and a review of health history, followed by a personalized plan. Current wellness offerings are Hormone Reset Plans and Weight Optimization Plans. Membership discounts do not apply to wellness programs and services, including HRT and weight-loss programs.

The space is described as calming and equipped with advanced aesthetic technology. The Cumming location at Parkway North is on the second floor and keeps Monday to Friday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. A second Cumming location is at Ash & Co Salon on Browns Bridge Road, open Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The Peachtree Corners location, inside a salon suite on Town Center Boulevard, is by appointment only.
