The pedicure menu has five tiers. The Express Spa pedicure includes a foot soak, reshaping, cuticle trim, foot cleaning, a hot stone massage, moisturizer and polish. The Callus Treatment pedicure adds callus removal, sugar scrub exfoliation and a mask with a hot towel wrap. The Unicorn pedicure uses a sea salt soak, sugar scrub, hot stone massage, a tightening mud mask and a massage cream. The Crystal Spa pedicure uses a jelly soak, cuticle grooming, sugar scrub, hot stone massage and a warm towel mask. The Royal Unicorn pedicure is the most involved, with a soak, nail care, callus removal, sugar scrub, a mask, a massage, warm paraffin moisturizing and polish. Gel polish can be added to most pedicure levels for an additional charge.

Manicures range from a basic manicure to gel and dipping powder options on natural nails or full sets. Nail enhancements include gel X, liquid gel, hard gel, acrylic with gel color or polish, color powder with a gel top, and white tips, with pricing that depends on length and shape. Waxing covers lips, cheeks, chin, eyebrows, sideburns, underarms, half and full arms, half and full legs and full face. Eyelash extensions include a flare full set and take-off.

Pricing is listed at regular rates, with lower cash or Zelle rates. Card payments carry a convenience fee. Prices may change without notice, and the salon describes its prices as affordable. Promotions cannot be combined with each other, and no discount applies to waxing. Gift certificates are available, but gift cards cannot be refunded in cash and services and products are not refunded.

Some house rules apply. Clients should set phones to low volume, and FaceTime and speakerphone calls are not allowed in the salon. Children may not be left unsupervised and must have another caretaker present. Gel services are offered for children, with $5 off for kids 8 and under, and regular polish is not offered to children. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and the salon may reschedule clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late. Redo appointments must be booked within five days for gel and dipping services and within three days for other services, and cover quality issues reported right after the visit. The salon is not responsible for personal items lost or stolen.

The salon uses disposable liners for each client to limit cross-contamination, and it describes its products as top line and its technique as expert.
