Brow work is one of the main areas. Returning and new clients can book a brow wax that includes mapping, waxing, tweezing, trimming, a complimentary fill-in, brow gel, and concealer. Brow lamination lifts and sets natural brow hairs, and a semi-permanent hybrid tint can be added to lamination or booked on its own. Lamination and tint services begin with a patch test that must be done 48 hours before the booking.

Lash lifts are offered as a Korean lash lift with tint, with tint optional at no extra fee. An aftercare kit comes with the service at no extra cost.

The studio describes its atmosphere as comfortable, welcoming, and judgment free. New clients can start with a free 45-minute consultation to talk through goals and choose a service, and there is a free brow patch test. Clients are asked to arrive on time with the required intake forms completed, and to give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to avoid a fee.

The studio is open Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. It is accepting new clients. Tampons and wipes are available at the studio. Some services are offered to minors with parent or guardian consent, and intimate waxing is available to clients 16 and 17 under specific conditions.
