The menu runs from gel and classic manicures through overlays and full sets. Full sets can be done in small or medium length or in large or extra-large length, in acrylic, builder gel or Gel X depending on the service. Ombre and French tip finishes are offered, along with UDN Freestyle designs and a Character Nail Art Full Set. Bling and almond or stiletto shapes are priced separately on most sets and overlays. Soak-off removal is listed at $20, and removing product applied at another salon may cost more.

Each appointment requires a $35 non-refundable deposit, sent when the appointment is scheduled. Payment is accepted by cash or Apple Pay only. Cancelling or rescheduling on the same day forfeits the deposit, while rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead keeps it for the next visit. A new deposit is needed to book again after a cancellation. A no-call, no-show requires payment of the full price of the missed service plus a new deposit before rebooking, and a second one leads to a ban.
