Unclenched
Studio in Scottsdale, AZ
Unclenched is run by its founder and practitioner, Nicole, and is also presented under the name Unclenched by Skin Witchery. The work falls into two areas: orofacial therapy, which targets facial tension, TMJ pain and headaches, and customized facials. Many people arrive after trying night guards, injections, medications or other therapies without full relief, and the studio aims to address the underlying cause of a concern rather than only manage its symptoms.

The orofacial side of a visit follows four stages the studio names assess, release, restore and maintain. Intraoral and buccal myofascial release works on the masseter, temporalis and pterygoid muscles, combining work inside the mouth with external work on the face. It is offered for chronic jaw tension, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, facial pain, and sinus and facial pressure, at $133 for 60 minutes or $199 for 90 minutes.
For skin, a 30-minute corrective express at $85 addresses the main concern, such as congestion, breakouts, dullness or sensitivity. A 60-minute customized facial at $133 is shaped during the session and may include exfoliation, extractions, microcurrent or nanoneedling, serums, masks and hydration. Stem cell microneedling is $225 for the face for 60 minutes, or $99 per additional area such as the neck, chest or hands. It combines microneedling with growth factors and stem cell-derived ingredients, and lidocaine is not used for pregnant or breastfeeding clients.
A valid credit card is required at booking, but prepayment is not. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full treatment cost to the card on file. Prepaid appointments may carry a card processing fee on refunds, and refund requests go to hello@getunclenched.com. Pre and post care guidelines are published for orofacial treatments, custom facials and microneedling.
Each treatment is tailored to the individual's needs, goals and concerns, with the aim of addressing underlying causes rather than only symptoms. Work moves through assess, release, restore and maintain.
