The menu covers several nail types. Gel X sets use full soft gel tips bonded to the natural nail with gel, a option for clients who want to avoid acrylic. Acrylic sets can be overlaid on the natural nail with no tips, or sculpted over nail forms for an added $25. Acrylic fills are for sets done at the salon and are booked two to three weeks after the set, with all nails still on. Hard gel is offered for growing natural nails out without acrylic, and gel manicures can be strengthened with a $5 add-on.

Glossy Freestyle nail art starts at $100 and takes 165 minutes or more. Clients choose one of three design levels, from a light touch beyond a plain French tip, to glossy styles such as airbrush, chrome and 3D, to fully decorated designs with charms and characters. Clients can also pick artist's choice and let the technician decide the design. Nail art that runs past 1 1/2 hours is charged $15 for each additional 30 minutes.

Booking is handled online. A $20 non-refundable deposit confirms the appointment, and clients are asked to send design inspiration when booking. Clients with nails in poor condition are asked to send a photo ahead of time. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes past the start time may be charged $15 or have to reschedule with a $15 fee. Cancelling less than 12 hours ahead incurs a 25% fee, and clients are asked to give at least 48 hours notice of changes. Extra guests are only welcome if they have their own booked appointment. Off-schedule appointments are available at $25 for 10 minutes outside regular hours. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.
