Membership also covers a comprehensive annual physical, follow-up visits, completion of forms, and many minor procedures and tests, plus up to five point-of-care services a year.

Beyond primary care, the office runs a wide menu. IV nutrition therapy includes customized drips of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and hydration given directly into the bloodstream, with named blends such as Immunity, Clarity and Allergy Relief. IM nutritional shots start at $25 and include options like B-12, Vitamin D3 and NAD+ 50mg. The med spa side offers injectables such as Botox and Daxxify, lip and facial fillers, Hydrafacial treatments, microneedling, peels, laser treatments and red light therapy, plus a hyperbaric chamber.

Hormone replacement therapy is offered at the O'Fallon office and is aimed at symptoms linked to menopause, andropause, thyroid disorders and other hormonal imbalances. Bioidentical pellets, implanted under the skin of the hip, are the primary method. Starting hormone labs can be run through insurance or done in the office at a discounted cash price. Medical weight loss is physician-guided, with monthly follow-ups in person or by video, and medication is prescribed only when medically appropriate.
