Scheduling is built around reservations rather than filling as many chairs as possible. The salon says this keeps clients from feeling rushed and lets its artists work under less pressure. Walk-ins are accepted when a technician is available, and the salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Manicures and pedicures come in Essential, Hydration, and Luxe levels. The Hydration and Luxe steps add an exfoliating scrub, hot towels, and a coconut oil massage, with Luxe adding longer massage time, an oil-infused paraffin treatment, and stretching. UV's Ultimate Pedicure, with or without intense callus care, is the most involved foot service. Gel polish versions are available at each level, and the Ultimate pedicure can also be done in gel. Enhancements include acrylic, dip powder, Gel-X, hard gel, and structure gel, and the IBX Treatment is offered for natural nails. Beyond nails, the salon offers permanent jewelry welded on site, and it runs an on-site boba cafe with a signature drink called UV MAGIC.

Groups of four or more booked for services at the same time are treated as a party. Large parties should be booked at least two months ahead, since last-minute requests are first come, first served and not guaranteed. Group bookings need an active credit or debit card to hold appointments, and each guest checks out separately. A 5 to 10 minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and after that services may be shortened, canceled, or charged as a no-show. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead are not charged; later ones may carry a 50% cancellation fee or a 25% fee to reschedule. Children must be supervised and wait in the cafe rather than at a station, and nail enhancements are not offered to children under 14. Cash and card are accepted, and parking is available at a discounted rate in the partnered Brewery Structure on 9th Street, with metered and free street parking nearby.

Stays current with the latest trends and techniques, and schedules by appointment so artists are not pressed for time with each client.
