Ulomma describes its approach as conservative and natural-looking, with physician oversight throughout. Preventative care and subtle changes over dramatic ones are stated priorities, along with trauma-informed care and a slower clinical pace. Before an in-person visit, new clients can book a free 15-minute virtual consultation.

Plans are shaped around each person's goals, budget and comfort. Prices listed are a baseline, and the final cost is set during a consultation with Dr. Onaga. Medical-grade numbing is used for facial and body treatments such as microneedling and liquid lipo.

Deposits depend on the treatment: $100 for standard treatments priced at $200 or more, $50 for those under $200, and 30% of the estimated cost for injectables. Consultations carry a $25 booking fee that can be credited toward treatment booked within 30 days. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit, and a $50 fee applies to missed follow-ups or late cancellations. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten a treatment or require rescheduling. Refunds are not given for services already performed, but fees can be used as credit, toward rescheduling, for skincare products or as a gift card.
