The salon describes itself as eco-conscious and states that its products are all-natural, organic, vegan or non-toxic. It also says all of its implements are sanitized to the required standard.

Appointments are required, and the salon does not accept walk-in clients. Guests are asked to wash their hands before selecting polish shades and before any service begins. Pedicures take place in resin basins without jets instead of motorized jet chairs, and the service includes callus filing. The CBD Zen option layers in a CBD soak, a CBD-infused sugar scrub, a moisturizing mask, warm towels and a CBD massage cream. Hot stone manicures and pedicures are also available, and a hot stone massage can be added to either.

The menu covers a wide range: manicures, pedicures and combinations in several tiers, gel and shellac work, Vinylux polish with no base coat needed, and Eco-Fin, a petroleum-free paraffin alternative infused with essential oils. Gel polish is cured under LED lamps. Nail art, chrome, French tips and cat eye finishes are available as add-ons, and a Russian manicure is offered as an add-on with Angie. Children's manicures, pedicures and combos are available for clients 12 and under, and waxing is booked by phone.

Acrylic, hard gel, Gel X and dip nail applications are not performed at this salon. Cancellations or appointment changes made within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, are billed at the full price of the service. Pricing may change at any time without advance notice. Gift cards are sold in denominations of $30, $45, $75 and $90, and a custom value is also possible. Dogs are allowed inside the salon. Clients who bring their own sandals qualify for a $1 reduction on pedicures through the Green Discount.
