Appointments are booked through the online portal on the Book Services page. Most services take a deposit at booking, with the remaining balance paid at the appointment. Online payments accept major credit cards, Afterpay, Affirm and PayPal, and in-person checkout also takes Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App and cash. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations need a call at least two hours before the appointment, and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
