Locs are a major part of the menu. Starter locs come with a consultation, shampoo, deep conditioning, hot oil treatment, loc mapping and construction, and a basic style. Loc retwisting includes a scalp treatment, retwisting and styling. Instant locs, called Loc'd In, is a longer seven-hour session that adds a wash, deep conditioning, hot oil, a basic style, a complimentary lunch and a complimentary re-twist appointment at the end. Loc extensions can be added to that service for an additional price.

Wig services fall into a few groups. Custom installations use a unit the client supplies, with a consultation, fitting and styling all included; HD lace is the recommended base. Revivals restore a wig in stages: a thorough wash, adhesive removed under aseptic technique, intensive conditioning, then professional styling. Lace or weft repair can be added for an extra charge. Revival units must be dropped off 72 hours ahead of the appointment and usually return within 7 to 10 days. Anyone booking more than two revivals needs to phone the salon.

Booking is done online with instant confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the final cost, and cancellations need 24 to 48 hours' notice; a shorter notice forfeits the deposit. Every appointment has a 15-minute grace period, a $20 late fee applies from 16 minutes late, and a $45 fee applies from 30 minutes late. Arriving 45 or more minutes late may mean canceling or rescheduling. Remaining balances are paid in cash only.
