Fully managed programs begin with an $85 new patient assessment that covers labs, a provider visit and a plan built from the results, and follow-up provider calls every three to six months are included. Coach-guided options cost $199 per month and do not include labs or the $85 intake. They are for clients who already have a prescription from another provider, and Tytin does not manage or monitor that medication.
Medications are prescribed by licensed, DEA-registered providers and filled through 503A compounding pharmacies. Fully managed programs start at $299 per month for TRT Optimization, $350 for Peptide Protocol Plus and $360 for GLP-1 Support, including standard-dose medication for the hormone and GLP-1 programs. Performance Edge starts at $699 per month and combines any two of TRT, GLP-1 or peptide protocols. Tytin Elite is fully managed only, combines all three and starts at $999 per month. Peptide pricing depends on the peptides prescribed and can exceed $1,000 per month for a full multi-peptide stack.
In-clinic baseline lab panels start at $99, not including the draw fee or provider consult. Clients who want to bill insurance for labs can use the business's Sonora Quest partnership. HSA and FSA payment is accepted alongside self-pay.
Clinical decisions are routed through a provider before any change to a protocol, and provider and coaching teams can share information about a client's care with that client's permission. The business says standard lab ranges are built for sedentary people, so it flags markers most panels do not, and it lists its own optimal targets, including fasting insulin under 5, TSH 1.0 to 2.0, ApoB under 60, vitamin D 50 to 80 and HbA1c under 5.3%.
