Ty Thomas Aesthetics works from a suite inside Symmetry Salon Studios on Housley Road in Annapolis, with Ty Thomas as the licensed esthetician. The menu is grouped into add-ons, facials, lash and brow services, peels and waxing, so a visit can be a single wax or a full facial with add-ons.

Facials are the core of the menu. The 45-minute express facial includes skin analysis, a double cleanse, exfoliation, a mask and finishing products. A teen facial is offered for ages 13 to 16, and a men's facial is designed for men. Treatments aimed at specific concerns include the Deep Clarifying Acne Treatment, which pairs AHA exfoliation with a HydroJelly mask, and the Vitamin C Brightening Facial. Ty's Signature Facial is customized to each skin type. The 90-minute Botinol Facial uses a five-peptide formula that includes Matrixyl, Myoxinol, Argireline and Retinol.

Add-ons can be added to a facial, including a biocellulose mask, a hydro jelly mask, LED light, an extended facial massage covering the face, neck and shoulders, and milia extractions. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, and many services are offered in hard wax or a soft soy-based wax. Lash and brow services include brow and lash tinting, brow lamination, and lash lifts with or without tint.

Appointments are booked through an online GlossGenius page. The studio is open Monday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 7 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours carry a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations carry a 100% fee. Clients who cannot attend are asked to contact the business by phone or email as soon as possible to reschedule. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Treatments are matched to each client's skin type and goals, using G.M Collin products.
