Braid services cover knotless box braids in several sizes, from jumbo at six rows ear to ear to small at twelve rows, plus large and medium boho knotless braids, Fulani tribal braids and a boho Fulani version. Prices and appointment lengths rise with the number of rows and the size of the braid, and several sizes are listed as starting prices. Knotless retouches are recommended four to five weeks after the first install and refresh the whole perimeter of knotless braids. Boho knotless work uses MasterMix braiding hair, and the boho Fulani style uses a single bundle of 100 percent human braiding hair.

Many services include a tea tree shampoo, conditioner and steam treatment. Loc work is limited to 130 locs, with an additional rate possible above that, and sister locs and micro locs are not offered. Men's services include simple stitch braids of up to eight plaits or Pop Smoke braids without designs, intricate stitch braids such as freestyle braids, fish bones and barrel rolls, and individual braids and twists.

Booking requires a $50 deposit, which is non-refundable. Some styles, including jumbo, large knotless, Fulani, large boho, boho Fulani and men's stitch braids, require the deposit. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice; with more notice, the deposit can be moved once to a future appointment. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged the full service fee, with online booking suspended until it is paid. AfterPay, Klarna and Affirm are accepted at the same prices as other payment methods, and gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.

Each appointment is treated as a curated experience rather than only a hairstyle.
