The studio works by appointment only, so clients book ahead and walk-ins are not part of the process. A non-refundable $30 deposit is paid through PayPal to secure a booking, and the listed prices are fixed.

Most of the work is braided or woven styling: men's and boys' braids, feed-in and tribal braids with a knotless method, natural and frontal ponytails, quick weaves, sew-ins and wig installs. Every service includes an oil treatment, a braid-down and a cap. Frontals, closures and wigs are professionally bleached, and same-day lace bleaching is offered.

Appointments are one-on-one, with no additional guests allowed and children not permitted under the studio's policy. Clients are offered two complimentary beverages during their visit. Anyone 15 or more minutes late has the appointment canceled, so clients are asked to text if they are running behind. Payment is accepted in cash, TAP or Zelle.

Clients supply their own hair, and the studio is particular about it: lace work must use HD or Swiss lace, and wigs need HD lace at 200 density or higher. Hair must be washed, blow-dried, detangled and free of oil, and reused hair must be washed, conditioned and fully dry. Chemicals and oily bundles are not accepted, and a detangling fee applies when hair has not been prepped properly. Clients are asked to check before buying hair the studio does not use, and style changes cannot be made after booking.

The studio does not reshape or redo work done by other stylists.
