Two Zero Eight Salon

Kathryn Sexton bought Flux in 2022 and rebranded it as Two Zero Eight Salon. She had already worked at the current location for about a decade before buying the business.

The salon describes itself as modern and high-end. Haircuts are offered for men, women and children with all hair types, including maintenance, precision and stylized cuts. Cuts start at $55 for 60 minutes, and a haircut for hair below the ears includes a shampoo and blow-dry. Extra length, extra thickness or transformative cuts may carry additional charges. Textured and curly cuts, for very curly or textured hair, start at $75 for 70 minutes.

Haircolor covers gray, root touch-ups, all-over color, highlights, balayage and fantasy colors, and the salon says it uses the highest quality products for color. Braids and extensions include Halo, tape-in, hand-sewn and invisible weft options, in a range of colors and textures chosen to match each client's hair. Hair styling covers everyday blowouts, looks for photo shoots and events, and full bridal parties.

Clients can book online through the salon's GlossGenius page, and same-day appointments and walk-ins are accepted depending on stylist availability. Sunday and Monday are by appointment only; Tuesday through Thursday is open 10 am to 7 pm and Friday and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm. A free 20-minute consultation is available. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, with a fee of 50% of the booked services cost for later cancellations and 100% for no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold, and hair products can be bought in the salon or ordered online for delivery.
