Twisted Styles

Twisted Styles is a salon suite at 28880 Southfield Rd in Lathrup Village. Visits are by appointment, and the work covers locs, color, ponytails, quick weaves, and press and curls.

Services are grouped for booking into Hair Dye, Kids locs for children ages 2 to 10, Locs, Natural Hair services, and Press & Curls. Shampoo and scalp oil come with every service.

Booking requires a $25 deposit, which is taken off the total and can be paid through the website, Zelle, or Apple Pay; Cash App is not accepted. Clients who will be up to 10 minutes late should text ahead. Arriving 15 minutes late adds a $15 fee, and arriving 25 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice also forfeit the deposit. Extra guests and children are only welcome when they are being serviced.

Hours are Monday to Friday 11am to 5:30pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm, and the suite is closed on Sundays. Before- and after-hours appointments can be requested. Accepted payments are cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Chime; digital payments sent with a $5 transfer fee are noted.
