The salon is inside the JSuites building at 1520 Route 38 in Hainesport. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Its menu centers on women's and children's cuts and styling, men's cuts, color and highlights, balayage, perms, and facial waxing. Color runs from root touch-ups and all-over color to partial and full highlights, babylights and hair tinsel, and many services can be paired with a cut or blowdry. Keratin treatment is available on request.

Clients are asked to keep a valid credit card on file to hold an appointment. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and cancellations inside that window or no-shows incur a 50% fee. Services may be suspended or cancelled after three missed appointments. Cards are accepted with a 3.6% processing fee on card payments.
