Appointments carry a deposit. Clients should arrive with hair that is clean, detangled and ready for styling, and free of products for braiding. If hair needs a wash or detangling that was not booked, the deposit is forfeited and the appointment must be rebooked with a new deposit. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice or a 20% charge applies, and no-call, no-shows must prepay for future visits. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Braided styles are the core of the menu. Box braids start at $200 and run about 240 minutes or more for mid-back length, excluding washing, blow out and braiding hair. Cornrows include manbun cornrows from $65 and full head cornrows from $90, both with a basic brush out, neat detailed braids and finishing touches. Feed-in braids start at $70, not including added hair, and twists and plaits start at $65 for natural hair that is not locked.

Locs are handled for established clients. A loc re-twist starts at $105, and re-twists can be finished with a style such as a two-strand twist or barrels. Loc detox starts at $20 and can be booked twice a year. Kids' options start at $50 for children 10 and younger, covering cornrows up to age 10 or plaits and twists no smaller than medium. For kids' detangling, the process should take no more than 15 minutes, and matted or locked hair may need to be rescheduled with a new deposit.

Matted hair is handled as a separate service. De-matt starts at $10 and is priced per case after the stylist reviews photos or videos, so the starting price is only a baseline. It can be combined with a wash or blow out. Add-ons also include a wash and dry and a braid take-down combo, which covers removing an existing style, washing and blowing out the hair. Curly hair generally needs a blow out before most services.

Services are scheduled around hair condition, with a review of photos or videos before pricing matted hair and deposits set to protect time for detangling and prep.
