Booking requires a card on file to secure an appointment. After booking, clients receive a client contract to read and sign. Payments are taken through Square or Zelle. Only the client may attend an appointment, with no extra guests, and food is limited to snacks the salon provides.

New Microlocks and Sisterlocks installs begin with a consultation before dates are booked. Each requires a non-refundable deposit to hold dates: $250 for Microlocks and $350 for Sisterlocks. Establishment pricing starts at $1,200 for Microlocks, which takes about 10 hours, and $1,800 for Sisterlocks, which takes about 20 hours. Pricing depends on length and density, covers up to 4 inches of hair, and adds $85 per inch beyond that.

Retightening for Interloc, Microlocks and Sisterlocks is priced by the number of weeks since the last appointment, with appointment length rising as the interval grows. Interloc retightening at 4 to 9 weeks is listed for clients with 100 to 150 locs. Sisterlocks transfer retightening at 4 to 6 weeks includes a consultation and an extra hour for new transfer clients. Loc reattachment is $5 per loc, up to 5 locs, and loc maintenance is $85 for one hour.

Policies are firm. Clients arriving 15 minutes late are charged a $35 late fee added to the service total, and appointments are cancelled after 25 minutes late and charged in full. Same-day cancellations and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service and do not go toward a rescheduled visit. All payments and deposits are final and non-refundable. Appointments that run over their time must be rebooked as a new appointment.
