Most of the menu is hair work: cuts with styling, custom color, blonding, extensions, bond-repair treatments, and color correction for previous color problems. Brow, lash and permanent makeup services are also offered.

The studio is open Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and closed Friday through Sunday. Clients can text or call with questions before booking. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. A missed appointment or a cancellation made with less notice is charged 30% of the service fee, and any deposit already paid no longer counts toward the total. Arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show.

Extension hair is priced separately and must be paid for before the installation is booked, and hair purchased elsewhere needs approval before the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
