Many visits start with a consultation or a full curl transformation cut, which is set aside for first-time curly clients and includes a tailored curl plan. Several services come with product recommendations and at-home curl care advice. Some treatments are reserved for existing clients, including the highlight refresh and Curl Flexxxxxx!. The studio also offers cuts for children from six to eleven and silk presses for girls from six to twelve.

The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday. Deposits are required for most services, ranging from $15 for color consultations to $200 for Microlink Extensions. Cancellations are not refunded, though a deposit may carry over if a booking is cancelled within the 48-hour window. A 15-minute grace period applies, and a full no-show fee is charged. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
