Lash services include classic, hybrid, wispy and volume full sets, refills, lash lifts and lash removal. Brow services cover shaping, tinting, lamination and the two combined. Makeup looks range from a soft glam to a full glam look with lashes, liner and an extravagant shadow. A full lash set takes about two to two and a half hours, with the client lying down with eyes closed, and lash fills are recommended every two to three weeks for most clients.

For weddings, packages cover lash only, lash with makeup, or a trial plus day-of service. The trial package includes a two-hour session four to six weeks before the wedding. Services can be done at the client's venue within an hour of Marlton at no extra charge, and farther travel is quoted per mile. Brides can have lashes and makeup done by one artist with one trial and one schedule planned around the photographer. The bridal deposit is 50% at booking, with the balance due two weeks before the wedding; deposits are non-refundable but can be moved once to another date.

Training is a three-day, one-on-one lash extension intensive for new and intermediate artists, held in the studio from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with two trainees per cohort. The fee is $1,800, or $450 in four Klarna or Afterpay payments, with a $500 deposit to hold a seat. Six modules cover foundations, tools and adhesives, mapping and design, application technique, volume fans and business basics. Trainees receive a starter kit, a printed workbook, a recorded technique library and three months of direct-text mentorship. Cohorts run roughly every six to eight weeks, taught in English or Brazilian Portuguese one language at a time. Completing the course earns a Twenty Eight Studio certification, which the studio uses for hire-back and referral relationships. The studio notes that New Jersey does not require state certification for lash extensions.

Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the studio is closed on Sundays. Appointments must be confirmed or they are not held. Late arrivals shorten the appointment, while the charge and end time stay the same. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the booked service. No extra guests are allowed in the studio. Klarna and Afterpay split bridal packages and training into four payments at no extra cost, and gift cards are available. Appointments can be conducted in English or Brazilian Portuguese.

The studio maps each lash set to the client's eye shape, daily routine and desired drama rather than pulling a set from a chart.
