Traci founded it after starting out as a stylist, and she brings more than 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Ashley Windmann, the CEO and a Level 4 stylist, has worked at the salon since it opened and designed the training program the team keeps developing.

The salon places hair and scalp health, advanced artistry and individual care at the center of its services. Continued education is treated as a core part of the team's work, and the team is trained through the salon's own program as well as outside classes and extension certifications.

The Japanese Head Spa is one of the signature offerings. Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes and open with a scalp analysis using Tricoscope technology, then continue in a private room on a traditional YUME head spa bed. The salon says its head spa is authentic Japanese rather than a headicure-style service, and that its staff are specially trained and licensed. It suits all hair types, can be adjusted for sensitive scalps with hypoallergenic products, and is open to people of all genders. The salon suggests a visit about once a month. It is not recommended on the same day as hair extensions and is best booked between extension installations. Signature Head Spa Membership is $177 a month and includes one 60-minute treatment each month, a complimentary upgrade to a 90-minute session in the birthday month, 10% off retail products and a one-time $5 credit per service for lash lift and tint, body waxing, and gel manicure. Ultimate Head Spa Membership is $240 a month and includes one 90-minute treatment, a complimentary blow dry each month, one blowout a month with a junior stylist or partner, a birthday-month scalp treatment upgrade, 10% off retail products and a one-time $10 credit per service for lash tint, body waxing, and gel manicure. Memberships can be purchased by phone at the salon.

Hair services include blow-dries from $24, haircuts from $33 and a first-time guest haircut from $35, with haircuts including a blow dry. Color ranges from a toner or gloss from $59, which the salon recommends after lightening, through retouches from $84, partial color from $139 and full-head highlights or balayage from $169. The salon offers hand-tied and tape-in hair extensions using Bellami and JZ Styles hair. A $50 consultation lasting 30 minutes is credited toward the service. Once a client decides to go ahead, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Applications take about one to three hours, and maintenance is usually every six to eight weeks. The Partner Model Program offers reduced-price cuts, touch-ups and highlights performed by stylists in training, with the salon stating that participants are fully licensed cosmetologists building their skills.

Appointments are confirmed by text. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice for most services and 48 hours for extension services, and a no-show is charged the full cost of the booked services. Hair services are not refunded, and concerns should be reported within 10 days. Unopened retail products can be refunded within seven days of purchase. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday 9AM to 7PM, Wednesday 10AM to 7PM, Friday 10AM to 5PM and Saturday 9AM to 4PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
