The salon describes itself as a community of independent beauty professionals and as a luxury salon and spa.

The suites have padded wood floors, floor-to-ceiling walls, hydraulic styling chairs and stand-behind shampoo stations. The building offers a 24-hour access system, changing rooms, private restrooms, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a break room with kitchenette, a coffee and refreshments area, free Wi-Fi, security cameras and ample lit parking. Showers are also available.

The facial menu includes an Ultimate Facial, a deep pore cleansing treatment customized to skin needs, an Aromatic Facial with a deep cleanse or soft peel, essential oil compress and facial massage, a Gentlemen's Facial aimed at large pores and fine lines, and a Glycolic Peel Facial, which the salon says addresses pores, fine lines and hyperpigmentation. Massage options include Swedish, stone, sport, therapeutic, relaxation and pregnancy massage in 30- and 60-minute sessions, and body wraps are offered by request.
