Each stylist works as an independent owner and operator, so hours and fees can differ from one stylist to the next. The salon's own hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 9pm, and Sunday by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome. Prices listed online are starting prices that vary with hair type, hair length and other factors, and the final price appears once booking is complete. Hair extensions, color corrections, bridal makeup and permanent cosmetics are priced by consultation.

Hair services include haircuts, permanent and demi-permanent color, foiling, balayage and ombre, bleach and toning, updos, blowouts, and keratin conditioning treatments, with Olaplex bond-building treatments also available. The scalp spa begins with a professional scalp analysis and continues with a customized exfoliation and detox cleanse, follicle-stimulating massage, a targeted treatment mask and steam. The salon describes its stylists and service providers as skilled and friendly and says it has a loyal clientele.

Some artists can be booked through the online booking system; otherwise clients contact a stylist directly from that stylist's profile. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free, while cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 50 percent of the reserved service amount. Children under 12 may not accompany a guest into a service unless they wait seated in the waiting area, and the salon does not offer childcare. R+CO hair products are sold in the salon and through an online shop, and unused products can be returned for a full refund within 15 days with a receipt or exchanged within 30 days.
