Turning Point Spa is led by its founder, Laurence McKee, an esthetician and massage therapist. The spa takes a French-inspired approach and looks at the wellness of the whole body rather than the skin alone.

The spa is reached by elevator to the second floor, with the spa at the last door on the right in the hall. Services span facials, massage, body treatments and LED light therapy, with separate oncology skin care facials for clients undergoing medical oncology treatment. Facials use Osmosis products in the Holistic Skin Therapy and Cinq Mondes products in the Cinq Mondes Longevity Facial.

Massage options range from Reiki and lymphatic drainage to Ayurvedic treatments such as Shirodhara and Marma Abhyanga. Omnilux LED light therapy can be booked as a standalone treatment or added to another service at a lower price, and the spa offers a discount on packages of five to eight Omnilux sessions. The spa also sells Environ, Cinq Mondes and Omnilux products, and gift cards come as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount.

The spa treats the whole body rather than only the skin, and its treatments are built around each client.
