Extensions & Weaves covers full head and partial weaves, closures, frontals, wig sew-ons, and removal and take-down. Timing rules are posted in advance. A text reminder about the appointment is sent the day before as a courtesy. Clients who expect to be late should say so before the appointment time. A 15-minute delay carries a $10 late fee, and a delay of 25 minutes or more means the appointment must be rescheduled. A client who has not been reached 15 or more minutes after the appointment time is treated as a no-show. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, or 3 hours if the appointment was booked within the last 24 hours.

Service payments are non-refundable. A client who is unhappy with a service can say so during the appointment or within 24 hours afterward. If a mistake was the provider's, corrective work is done free of charge.
