Every visit is by appointment. The first step is a complimentary 45-minute consultation, virtual or in clinic, that includes 3D skin analysis. A private consultation with Shantel White adds diagnostic 3D imaging, a written longevity protocol and a conversation about whether the studio is a good fit. Before any filler is opened, the filler consultation produces a written syringe plan and the total price. Botox takes about 15 minutes with no downtime. Lip filler appointments run about an hour, with roughly 15 to 20 minutes of injecting, and include a dental block and topical numbing at no extra cost. Hyaluronidase is kept on site for dissolving HA fillers. New injectable and filler patients receive a complimentary 2-week follow-up or touch-up, and new lip patients receive a 2-week refinement of up to 0.2 mL of product.

Beyond aesthetics, the studio offers bioidentical hormone replacement (BHRT) and testosterone replacement (TRT). Hormone care is delivered through telehealth, with labs drawn at a local site and medication shipped to the client, and it is open to Arizona residents aged 25 and older. Medically supervised GLP-1 weight loss using semaglutide or tirzepatide is offered in Gilbert and Queen Creek. IV drips are given by licensed nurses.

About 30 percent of clients are men. Men's services include Brotox, jawline and chin filler, masseter slimming, the P-Shot, penile neurotoxin, HA girth enhancement, TRT, GLP-1 weight loss and hair restoration. Tulua VIP membership starts at $99 per month. It includes a monthly treatment credit that rolls over for up to three months, member-only neurotoxin pricing, filler discounts, priority booking and occasional after-hours appointments. The studio says members save 15 to 30 percent on treatments, and members can cancel after their first three months. Payment options include major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, HSA/FSA cards for eligible services, cash, and PatientFi and Cherry financing. Personal checks are not accepted. The practice is cash-pay and does not bill insurance directly, but it provides a superbill for hormone and weight-loss visits.

Most appointments are secured with a refundable card hold, released after arrival. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice; inside that window or for a no-show, a 50 percent service fee applies, waived for documented illness if the studio is called ahead. Clients can join a text waitlist for cancellations. Neurotoxin and filler treatments require clients to be 21 or older. Botox, filler, laser, BHRT and GLP-1 treatments are not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Children are discouraged from attending, and if one must come, another adult has to supervise them.

Care is evidence-based and science-backed, aiming for natural, conservative results. Filler plans put structure ahead of volume.

The space was designed as a residence first and a clinic second, with warm oak and linen decor and no fluorescent lighting.
