The color is the Oway organic line, which the salon describes as ammonia-free and free of parabens, petrolatum, synthetic fragrance, and artificial colorants. The salon calls it the first organic hair color and award-winning; those are its own claims. It is activated with a developer based on Lllipé butter, and the salon states it reaches 100% grey coverage and is certified cruelty-free and vegan. Organic color can be applied as demi-permanent, semi-permanent, or permanent. An organic root retouch that uses no lightener or bleach typically refreshes new growth every 4 to 6 weeks. Long or high-density hair adds $20 to $60. Clients receive take-home styling tips and professional products to help keep a look between visits.

Policies: same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a same-day cancellation with the same charge.
